Cash Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to support financial operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post daily payments and denials to client accounts
• Ensure accurate posting of receipts by month-end close
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve posting discrepancies and account issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in cash posting within the healthcare field
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and financial database management
• Strong A/R cash posting experience preferred
