Cash Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to manage cash collections and reconciliation for Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee collection efforts and procedures in collaboration with Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders
• Provide training and support to Cash Posters and cover for absences as needed
• Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, ensuring compliance and effective collections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Capability to manage detailed information accurately
• Experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated qualities of ingenuity, autonomy, and flexibility in job performance
