Job Summary
Detail-driven and collaborative, the full-time remote Cash Posting Specialist will manage daily payment processing, ensure accurate posting to client accounts, and resolve account discrepancies within a leading behavioral health organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and post daily payments and denials to correct client accounts
- Ensure all receipts are posted accurately by month-end close
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve posting discrepancies and support account reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in cash posting within the healthcare field
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and remittance advice
- Proficiency in financial database management systems, especially Excel
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands and maintain confidentiality
