Cash Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Reconciliation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of deposits across multiple systems and ensure alignment with bank activity
• Investigate and resolve cash variances, timing differences, and reconciliation discrepancies
• Retrieve and manage payer remittances, including converting paper remittances to electronic formats

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Five years of payment reconciliation or posting experience required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERAs and EOBs
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring hand dexterity
