Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Cash Reconciliation Team Lead will manage the execution of vendor payments, oversee a team of Reconciliation Analysts, and ensure accurate processing of customer invoices while driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks and lead a team in matching client funding to AP feeds and clearing payments against invoices
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of vendor payments
- Prepare detailed month-end reports and manage a $2M loan portfolio to support the autopay program
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Intermediate Excel skills for sorting and analyzing large data sets
- Prior supervisory or people management experience is strongly preferred
- Experience handling various banking transactions (e.g., ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Check)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
