Cash Remittance PAR Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Remittance Patient Accounts Receivable Representative (PAR).

Key Responsibilities

• Print daily lockbox images and bank statements, and review insurance explanation of benefits to post payments
• Post payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately while processing denial reasons and investigating unidentified cash
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, reporting any violations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections
• Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
• Able to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
• Experience in customer support and issue resolution management
• Proficiency with MS Office
