Cash Remittance Rep

Job Summary

Performing a variety of tasks related to posting payments and adjustments, the full-time Cash Remittance PAR Rep I will work remotely to ensure timely and accurate processing of billing and collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Print daily lockbox images and bank statements, and review insurance explanations of benefits
• Post payments, adjustments, and denial reasons to the billing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Investigate unidentified cash and resolve misdirected payments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections
• Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Experience in customer support or client issue resolution management
