Casino Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing analytics team, the full-time Senior Manager, Casino Analytics will define the analytics vision for the Casino experience, ensuring data drives strategic decisions and business outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the analytics vision, using complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making and long-term growth
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by coaching leaders and analysts to deliver executive-level narratives
• Set and govern the experimentation strategy, establishing standards for rigor, consistency, and measurable business impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
• At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience, with a minimum of 3 years in direct people management
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for senior stakeholders
