Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' casino activity to provide incentives and approve comps and allowances
• Drive incremental business focusing on inactive customers and support customer development efforts
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and resolve disputes to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in casino marketing, with a minimum of seven years in leadership roles preferred
• Strong understanding of player development and loyalty programs
• Experience in a comparable resort environment with a focus on guest engagement and revenue growth
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align marketing strategies with business objectives
