Job Summary

To support a growing gaming platform, the full-time Casino Operations Manager will source, negotiate, and manage relationships with game vendors, ensuring a high-quality game offering and driving player engagement and retention in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnerships with game vendors, developing a strategic roadmap for content acquisition
• Manage day-to-day communication with vendors, hosting regular business reviews and resolving operational issues
• Analyze game performance metrics and optimize game placement and promotional exposure to maximize impact

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management in online gaming or related fields
• Proven success in negotiating commercial agreements and managing multiple vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of game studios, content pipelines, and casino game mechanics
• Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional launch processes
