A company is looking for a Cassandra Database Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on project work, debugging performance issues, audits, and health checks
Design and implement new Cassandra deployments and evaluate existing clusters
Train and mentor junior team members while providing operational documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2 to 3 years of experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra
Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for Shell and Python
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Familiarity with orchestration, configuration management systems, and IT service standards
