Job Summary
To support a dynamic advertising team, the part-time Casting Strategist will manage talent sourcing, maintain a talent roster, and build relationships with talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source 15-20 new talent candidates weekly across various platforms, ensuring diversity in profiles
- Maintain an organized and accessible talent roster, tagging and categorizing talent for easy retrieval
- Build and nurture relationships with talent and negotiate favorable terms with agents for partnerships
Required qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, casting, or influencer recruitment in a direct response or performance marketing context
- Proficiency in sourcing talent across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Casting Networks
- Ability to manage a talent roster effectively, ensuring it is organized and up-to-date
- Experience in managing end-to-end talent communication, including outreach and testing coordination
- Strong organizational skills to track a high volume of candidates without losing details
