Job Summary
A company is looking for a Casualty Claim Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial casualty claims in accordance with policies and legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate the claims process
- Document claim files accurately and participate in training and mentoring within the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in claims
- Minimum of ten years of progressive claims experience, including five years handling complex casualty claims
- At least three years of experience managing litigated claims
- Professional designations such as SCLA or CPCU, or active pursuit of a designation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a results-focused environment
