Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Claim Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial casualty claims in accordance with policies and legal requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate the claims process
  • Document claim files accurately and participate in training and mentoring within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in claims
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive claims experience, including five years handling complex casualty claims
  • At least three years of experience managing litigated claims
  • Professional designations such as SCLA or CPCU, or active pursuit of a designation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a results-focused environment
