Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Complex Claims Casualty Claims Adjuster will manage a diverse portfolio of local authority public and employer liability claims, assess liability, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local authority public and employer liability claims, including property damage and personal injury
• Assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements with clients and insurers
• Mentor junior team members while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience handling high value local authority employer liability and public liability claims
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing workload and deadlines
