Casualty Claims Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Consultant, Casualty (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high exposure, complex casualty claims from coverage analysis to resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations, utilizing various resources to determine liability
• Mentor less experienced adjusters and participate in training and departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus relevant certificates or Associate's Degree with 6-8 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of technical claims experience, including bodily injury and litigation handling
• Mastery of multiple lines of business and knowledge of multi-state policies
• Ability to obtain and maintain required adjusting licenses in multiple jurisdictions
• Certificates such as SCLA, AIC, CPCU, or equivalent are highly valued
