Casualty Claims Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Director - Field Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a national field claims organization handling Auto Liability, Homeowners Liability, and General Liability claims
• Provide technical and operational oversight of complex casualty claims and ensure consistent claim handling practices across jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and collaborate with Legal on litigation strategy and internal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive casualty claims experience, including Auto/Home Liability and General Liability
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large, geographically dispersed field claims teams
• Strong technical expertise in liability evaluation, complex claims, and litigation management
• In-depth knowledge of state regulatory environments and compliance requirements
