Job Summary
To enhance the quality and consistency of casualty claims handling, the full-time remote Casualty Claims Quality Assurance Consultant will conduct file reviews, evaluate performance against best practices and KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct casualty-focused file reviews and targeted audits across teams
- Measure handling quality against best practices and state requirements
- Document findings, analyze trends, and prepare audit reports to recommend process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Eight years of commercial lines casualty claim handling experience, including litigated claims
- Prior audit experience preferred
- Insurance industry designations (e.g., INS, AIC, CPCU) preferred
