Casualty Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Casualty Claims Supervisor will manage claim outcomes, authorize settlements, and oversee staff performance while working in a fully remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and authorize settlements, providing resolution techniques for complex claims
• Monitor team performance through audits and coaching, implementing training opportunities as needed
• Communicate effectively to champion department initiatives and manage customer concerns

Required qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in Casualty commercial lines claims
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance experience required
• Leadership or supervisory training is desirable
• Completion of AIC, AIM, or SCLA designations is a plus
