Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product data accuracy through ongoing review and structured clean-up work
• Monitor and enforce catalog quality standards, surfacing inconsistencies and correcting them independently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to execute high-quality catalog updates

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in catalog work, content operations, or data entry in a digital or e-commerce environment (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in structured tools like Airtable, POPSQL, or Notion is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive with a fast learning ability
• Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer platforms is a plus
• Experience working with third-party vendors or human-in-the-loop teams is beneficial
