Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a future-focused catalog strategy leveraging automation and AI
Enable API-driven workflows for seamless data exchange across systems
Coach and develop a global team while driving accountability for performance and quality

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel and BI tools
Understanding of data modeling principles and data governance frameworks
Experience with APIs and data integration concepts
Hands-on experience with PIM systems, preferably Akeneo
