Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catastrophe Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor model changes and conduct change management analyses
• Collaborate with IT to implement and test model changes for accuracy
• Consult with model vendors and interact with carriers for data and modeling analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and training
• Five years of experience using Catastrophe Models (RMS, AIR, CoreLogic, etc.)
• Experience in Loss Prevention, Property Underwriting, or Catastrophe Underwriting
• Thorough knowledge of computers and vendor CAT models
• Experience in preparing catastrophe-related presentations or participating in industry discussions
