Category Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing marketplace, the full-time Category Associate will manage seller outreach and onboarding, relationship management, and marketing initiatives while working from one of the company's hubs in New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert on category dynamics, including seller/buyer interactions and community engagement
- Source and onboard new sellers, utilizing social media and events to grow their businesses on the platform
- Develop and execute growth plans in partnership with top sellers and strategic partners to enhance category performance
Required qualifications
- Graduating by Summer 2027
- Internship experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Ability to work flexibly in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance
- Strong project management skills and business acumen, with a focus on data analytics
- Desire to build a broad toolkit before specializing in a specific area
