Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector
• Strong analytical skills with experience in POS, panel, and TPO tools
• Proven finance and business acumen with responsibility for P&L
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
