Category Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of sourcing strategies for specific Category Groups
• Drive the sourcing process, including supplier identification and negotiation
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction strategies and monitor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering
• Five years of progressive related work experience in sourcing, supply management, or legal
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) preferred
• Experience with strategic sourcing practices and supplier performance management
• Project Management experience and skills preferred
