Category Management Insights Manager

Job Summary

To build Oatly's reputation as a category and insights leader, the full-time remote Category Management Insights Manager will collaborate with sales teams, develop custom analyses using various data sources, and optimize insights reporting to drive customer growth and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for customer education on plant-based foods and brand positioning
• Build custom analyses using syndicated scan, consumer, and shopper card data to create compelling presentations for customers
• Lead the optimization and development of insights reporting and scorecarding across the North American business unit

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 6+ years of CPG experience, focusing on Sales, Category Management, and Insights
• Retailer-facing experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with Syndicated Data and platforms (Nielsen, Spins, IRI)
• Exceptional storytelling ability and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
