Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager to oversee a portfolio of packaged foods and non-alcoholic beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage a packaged food and beverage assortment, balancing volume drivers with innovations
• Own full P&L accountability, including price architecture and promotional ROI
• Negotiate supply programs and develop region-specific action plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of category management, purchasing, or merchandising experience in food-service, grocery, or CPG channels
• Proven supplier negotiation skills that enhance gross margin and reduce costs
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and collaborate with teams
