Job Summary

Providing data-driven insights to enhance category growth, the full-time Category Manager will analyze trends, lead customer line reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer line reviews by presenting data-backed proposals to stakeholders
• Analyze POS and macroeconomic trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and customers on strategic initiatives and market performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• 5+ years of experience in category management or sales within the automotive aftermarket
• Exceptional business acumen and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
