Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager III to develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and manage sourcing projects
• Negotiate high-value purchasing agreements and maintain supplier relationships
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 10+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, category management, and strategic sourcing
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and e-procurement technologies
• Certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus
