Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager II responsible for developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and manage sourcing projects
• Negotiate procurement agreements and maintain supplier performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through analysis and collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
• 6+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, category management, and strategic sourcing concepts
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or wireless industry is beneficial
