Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontractor Category Manager to oversee sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management in the PV and BESS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to define supplier requirements and identify potential suppliers
• Develop and execute competitive RFPs, analyze supplier responses, and award contracts based on strategic criteria
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements and manage supplier relationships, including performance management and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management within the PV, BESS, or related industries
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable contract terms
• Experience in compiling supplier feedback and conducting business reviews
