Category Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing global category, the full-time Category Manager will develop and implement sourcing strategies, build supplier partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain effectiveness and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve sourcing strategy for a global category aligned with business objectives
• Build deep market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions and provide competitive advantage
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to align sourcing strategies with product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain strategic sourcing, including 3 years managing global categories
• Strong expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering-driven organizations
