Category Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Category Manager for a full-time position responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of assigned product and service categories while developing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and manage overall health and performance of assigned categories
• Lead sourcing events, RFPs, contract negotiations, and build strategic supplier relationships
• Monitor industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience managing spend, revenue, margin, or category performance metrics
