Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Category Manager, the full-time position will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and manage overall category performance
• Lead sourcing events, contract negotiations, and build strategic supplier relationships while driving performance reviews
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost optimization, and provide data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or related commercial functions
• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience managing spend, revenue, margin, or category performance metrics
