Category Manager

Job Summary

Driving data strategy, the full-time Category Manager will analyze market and consumer data, negotiate contracts, and lead complex projects while working remotely to support the Supplier Data and Systems Management department.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market and consumer data to inform decision-making processes across the enterprise
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing while collaborating with the Legal team and various business units
• Lead complex projects and persuade stakeholders to adopt new strategies and ideas

Required qualifications

• A minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Experience with supplier and contract management, ideally in direct category management
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in defining and establishing measurable SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
