Category Manager
Job Summary
To drive category growth, the full-time Category Manager will analyze sales and shopper data, define strategies for subcategory expansion, and provide actionable recommendations to retail customers while working remotely from preferred locations such as Cincinnati, OH or Boise, ID.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote growth through data analysis and recommendations to retail customers
- Define strategies for category/subcategory growth based on consumer and shopper insights
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform customer and category strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of Category Management experience, preferably in CPG
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with AI tools and dashboard platforms like Power BI
- Proficiency in Symphony EYC and 84.51 data platforms
