Category Manager, Construction Services

Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the full-time remote Category Manager, Construction Services will develop and execute category strategies for Furniture, Flooring & Equipment (FF&E) and Moving, manage supplier relationships, and drive procurement initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short, mid, and long-term category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create strategic solutions for procurement, including RFP management and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews to ensure optimal service provision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement-related experience, preferably in the construction category
• Exemplary knowledge of contracts and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools
