Category Manager Contract Manufacturing

Job Summary

To support the North America Procurement - Contract Manufacturing team, the full-time Category Manager Contract Manufacturing will develop sourcing strategies, manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, and drive cost savings initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and cash flow targets
• Negotiate contracts and manage purchases of Contract Manufacturing services and raw materials
• Analyze spend data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Science, or Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, and project management
• Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools such as SAP and Salesforce.com
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate across regions and functions
