Category Manager - Filtration

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Category Manager - Filtration to lead direct materials sourcing initiatives in a full-time role, focusing on filtration, membrane, and sterilization technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier strategies and ensure supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term category strategies for critical direct materials supporting global manufacturing
• Prepare RFx, analyze proposals, and lead cross-functional supplier selections based on value propositions
• Negotiate pricing, capacity, and terms with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve material performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or operations; MBA or technical discipline preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within a global manufacturing company
• Experience in the medical device industry and managing supply chains in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Power BI
• Preferred certifications include CPSM, CSCP, or PMP
