Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of high-volume non-book product categories for customer profit redemption businesses
• Develop and execute category strategies, including product assortment planning, pricing, marketing, and merchandising
• Analyze sales performance and market research to refine product selection and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in category management
• Demonstrated achievement in analyzing and capitalizing on category trends for product development
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently
