Category Manager - Grocery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager - Regional Grocery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data to create actionable insights that drive decisions with retailers and Sales
• Collaborate with Sales and customers to ensure insights are effectively communicated and executed in-store
• Identify growth opportunities in assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions while validating strategies in the market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, or related roles within CPG or beverage
• Proven ability to translate retail and shopper data into customer-facing recommendations
• Experience with syndicated and shopper data tools such as Nielsen or IRI/Circana
• Proficiency in Excel or Power BI
