Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager - Growth Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with category and sales leadership to develop insight-driven recommendations for sales objectives and category growth
Create and execute category leadership solutions for item assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions
Establish relationships with key retailer stakeholders and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Food Management, or Psychology
5+ years of CPG experience in Sales Team or Category Management/Insights Groups
Deep analytical expertise, especially with syndicated data software
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen)
Ability to work independently and with various stakeholders towards common goals
