Category Manager - Health & Wellness
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the P&L, assortment, pricing, and marketing of Home Care, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle products, the full-time Category Manager - Health & Wellness will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategies and enhance customer offerings in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a deep understanding of the Gopuff app and retail store businesses to inform product selection and positioning
- Analyze performance data to develop category plans and strategies that improve product sales across multiple locations
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure effective representation of key product lines and meet margin targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Merchandising, Business, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in Merchandising with significant knowledge of Financial Planning and Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to utilize data for decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of business outcomes
- Strong understanding of category trends and consumer insights relevant to assortment management
