Category Manager - Indirect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager - Indirect (Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies and initiatives for indirect procurement categories
• Lead RFx events and negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and service improvements
• Analyze spend data to identify sourcing projects and manage category performance against business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience in procurement or category management, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain agreements
• Proven experience in developing and leading RFx processes and negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a continuous improvement environment
