Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager - IT Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management for Enterprise Technology spend
• Drive cost savings by identifying new opportunities and implementing enterprise discount programs and long-term contracts
• Develop and manage contractual documentation while ensuring compliance with established policies and minimizing risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in category management or sourcing
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience is acceptable
• Experience in categories of IT Software, IT Maintenance, IT Hardware, and/or Telecom
• Strong business acumen and advanced negotiation skills
