Job Summary

To drive omnichannel growth across pet categories, the full-time Category Manager, Pet Specialty will manage relationships with major retail partners, providing insight-based solutions and strategic recommendations while collaborating in-office in Franklin, TN with occasional remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate business relationships to establish the company as a trusted partner for category management needs
• Build comprehensive knowledge of products, strategies, and competitive trends in assigned categories
• Leverage data to create impactful analytics and selling stories that identify risks and opportunities while tracking category performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of sales/category/analytics experience
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers and internal teams
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and digital transformation trends in retail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear narratives
