Job Summary

To support effective procurement strategies, the full-time Category Manager - Professional Services will implement sourcing initiatives for Professional Services and Marketing, focusing on cost reduction and supplier performance while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies and initiatives to improve supplier quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and manage indirect procurement category sourcing strategies, including RFXs and supplier negotiations
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify sourcing projects and develop multi-year plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or category management, particularly in professional services and marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and leading RFx processes and supplier negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of category management concepts
  • Track record of achieving significant cost savings and managing multiple projects simultaneously
