Category Manager - Professional Services
Job Summary
To support strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives, the full-time remote Category Manager - Professional Services will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage contract negotiations, and collaborate with business leaders to optimize talent-related services across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and category management strategies for professional services and related spend
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and staffing partners to understand market trends and capabilities
- Lead procurement activities including vendor selection, rate negotiations, and contract finalization while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement experience
- 3+ years managing talent categories such as staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Proven track record of cost savings, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Deep knowledge of staffing markets and compliance requirements related to talent management
