Category Manager, Software Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager for Strategic Software and Services Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for Revenue Cycle Management, HR, and Marketing software and services
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation
• Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a focus on enterprise software and services
• Proven track record in vendor management and complex contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement tools and methodologies
