Job Summary
Driving growth and innovation within the Mayonnaise category, the full-time salaried Category Marketing Manager will translate market insights into value propositions and lead cross-functional product development and commercialization initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform category plans
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement through product recommendations and training content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing, category management, or product management experience
- Experience within the foodservice, food manufacturing, or B2B food industry
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product development or commercialization initiatives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
