Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of strategic customer marketing initiatives to drive profitable growth through effective marketing strategies for key customers.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer trends and develop insights into the shopper path to purchase to inform product and marketing strategies
- Partner with strategic customers to implement an omni-channel messaging strategy using market research and various marketing channels
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate sales strategies, build customer relationships, and maximize operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; MBA/advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, or retailer marketing
- Experience working with major retailers in a customer-facing role preferred
- Able to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
